Bring your timeline and questions
Record relevant permit expiry dates, application dates and any deadlines in letters you have received. List the questions that would change your next decision: possible routes, missing information, service scope or budget. Tell the consultant about approaching deadlines when arranging the consultation.
Confirm the arrangements
Noventra's published standard consultation fee is CAD $200 per session. Confirm the scope, any applicable taxes and the appointment before booking. Keep the first inquiry brief; wait for instructions before sharing identity documents or sensitive records.
