Start with your circumstances
Begin with the family's goal: a temporary visit or longer-term reunification. We can discuss family sponsorship, visitor visa and super visa planning, the relationship and background information needed, and how the scope of help differs between these plans.
What we can discuss
- Discuss the purpose and length of your family's plans
- Review sponsorship or temporary stay requirements
- Prepare relationship and supporting evidence
What to prepare
Summarize the family relationship, where each person lives, Canadian status where relevant and the intended length and purpose of the plan. Keep past applications and any decision letters available, and list the supporting records you already have.
Read the consultation preparation guide →Useful questions for your consultation
- Are we planning a visit or permanent reunification?
- What relationship and background records need review?
- Which requirements apply to this particular plan?
Scope, fees and your next step
The standard consultation is CAD $200 per session. Consultation arrangements, applicable taxes and any further service scope are confirmed before engagement. Fees for further services are listed separately.
